02/25/16 Directed by: Robert Bresson Though I certainly did not pick up on everything this film has to offer, I enjoyed the film-making a lot. I have no idea what to write about this but trust me its a lovely film.

02/24/16 Directed by: Jean-Pierre Melville This might be one of the worst looking films I've ever seen. The colours are drab, the overexposed lighting in every indoor shot is blinding, every outdoor shot looks like it was shot on home video, there's no consistency in picture quality even between shots in the same scene, there are obvious mistakes that were awkwardly cut out instead of being re-shot. On top of all this, the story is just really bland. Fortunately, in the second half some of these issues are slightly improved upon and there's a couple decent sets but when the film looks like hot garbage, there's only so much that that's going to help.
